River Street Gardens historic restoration of old Italian immigrant neighborhood, “Little Italy.” The River Street Development Group, of which Alrie was a member, was awarded the Golden Nail Award by the San Jose Downtown Association for the best development of the year. This project was designed and constructed to meet the standards of the National Registry of Historic Places.
