This project provided a once in a lifetime opportunity for Alrie to design and build a themed wedding destination property in the Santa Cruz mountains above Los Gatos. The project included 14 acres of second growth coastal redwoods, an existing year-round lake, and a hillside cottage.
The entryway to the Fantasy Garden was Alrie’s interpretation of hearing Toccata and Fugue in D minor by Bach in the Walt Disney film, Fantasia. Many years later, that experience inspired her to create this garden entryway.
