This property is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Its natural features included a redwood dell, an oak woodland hillside, and a mixed evergreen woodland forest edge. The lawn was converted to a coastal prairie and coastal bluff garden. A dry creek arroyo was added, as well as a fountain in the oak woodland section.
